We have recently updated our office with digital xrays and intraoral cameras to help our patients achieve healthy mouths and beautiful smiles!

Dr. Jeremy Alfred
Dr. Jeremy Alfred was born in Shreveport, Louisiana, but loves living in east Texas and has always considered himself a Texan. He received his undergraduate degree in physics from Centenary College in Shreveport and his dental degree from Texas A&M University (Baylor) College of Dentistry. Dr Jeremy then spent time in East Texas refining his skills in restorative and surgical dentistry. He enjoys all aspects of dentistry, from fillings and crowns to surgical procedures like extractions and dentures.
He and his wife, Sara, have been married since 2009 and have 2 puppies, Charlie and Daisy. His hobbies include racquetball, board games and outdoor activities. He also has a great love of music and was a church pianist for 10 years.
Danna Gooch
Office Manager
Danna began her dental career in 1996, right here at this office. During that time, she worked under the leadership of Dr. Walter Henry and Dr. Mark Henry. In 2007, she accepted a position as office manager at a Longview office, where she remained until her return to our office on April 1, 2022. Danna married her husband, James, in 1994 and they have two adult children. Outside the office, she enjoys spending time with the family, seeking out new adventures, organizing events and just enjoying life.
Reagan Nixon
Hygiene Coordinator
Reagan grew up in Overton, Texas, and spent a lot of time in dental offices herself as a child, where her interest in the dental field first blossomed. She attended Vista College Longview, where she studied dental assisting. She then joined the team shortly after graduation in 2019. After assisting for Dr. Jeremy for 3 years, Reagan took on the role of hygiene coordinator, and has thoroughly enjoyed learning and growing in our office operations every day.
Reagan enjoys helping patients feel comfortable and welcome, while being able to help others achieve a confident and healthy smile alongside Dr. Jeremy and a caring, close-knit dental team. Reagan married her husband, Tyler, in April of 2023, and loves spending time with her two dogs, Juice and Bubby. Recently, Reagan has been mastering the art of baking after aquiring her family's recipe collection.
Sarah Seahorn
Hygienist
Sarah is a native resident of the Gilmer area. She graduated high school at Union Grove, and then received her associates degree in dental hygiene from Tyler Junior College.
She and her husband Lance are the parents of four children. Sarah loves attending their athletic events and spending time with her family. She enjoys outdoor activities such as riding ATV's and exploring the forest areas around her home. She stays busy supporting her kids in their various activities including service in the youth programs of her church.
Sarah loves interacting with and learning about her patients. She rarely meets a stranger and enjoys assisting each of them in achieving and maintaining their oral health needs.
Staci Taylor
Hygienist
Staci is a native of East Texas. She loves spending time with her husband, children, and grandchildren. If she's not with her family, she can usually be found in her craft room making messes. Staci also enjoys fishing for crappie with her husband, eating Mexican food, and decorating! She believes every day is worth celebrating with chocolate. Her favorite part of her job is making people smile.
Anya Arocha
Hygienist
Anya grew up in Lindale, Texas where she began her dental career as an assistant in 2018. Her love for dentistry inspired her to continue her education to become a hygienist. In 2022, she graduated from Tyler Junior College with as associate degree in dental hygiene.
Anya strives to provide personalized, high-quality care to her patients while ensuring each visit is a positive and comfortable experience. She takes pride in her profession and loves to meet patients with a smile. Outside the office, she enjoys spending time with her husband, Linard, and their dog Bella. She enjoys being outdoors, playing tennis, traveling, and visiting coffee shops!
Harlie Hortman
Dental Assistant
Harlie was born and raised in East Texas where she married her high school sweetheart in 2021. After graduating RDA school, she joined our team in October of 2022. For Harlie, dental assisting was an easy career choice. She dealt with an unpleasant dental experience as a child, and knew she wanted to create a stress-free and pleasant office experience for everyone, while helping others achieve their smile goals.
When she's not at the office, she is at home cooking or baking a new recipe, reading a book, or outside playing pickleball.
Savannah Harrison
Dental Assistant
Born and raised in Northern Utah, Savannah moved to East Texas in 2021. She began her career in dentistry in 2022 after longing to explore more options in healthcare. She loves helping people and has always been the "nurse" of her family.
When she's not at work, Savannah can be found hiking, reading a good book, or trying out a new recipe.
Daisy Alfred
Lead Smile Generator
Daisy was adopted in 2019 by Dr. Jeremy and his wife Sara. You can find Daisy at our office on Tuesdays and Thursdays, where she patiently lounges in Dr. Jeremy's personal office. She is such a sweet girl and awaits head pats as patients walk by.
In her free time, Daisy enjoys playing frisbee, fetch, and chasing squirrels. She also loves receiving belly rubs.
